Wanted: Alumni Community Coordinator – Givat Haviva<\/strong><\/h2>\n

If you believe that it’s possible to build an egalitarian, multi-cultural society through interpersonal relations, and want to lead a living, diverse, influential community – your place is with us!<\/p>\n

We are looking for a candidate to lead the establishment of the Givat Haviva Alumni Community – for everyone who has come through our programs throughout the years: youth, young adults, education professionals, community leaders, and others.<\/p>\n

What does the role include?<\/b><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Establishing and managing a data set of all of the alumni of out various programs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Developing and managing channels of communication (newsletter, social media, groups)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Intiating and leading conferences, meetings, and community activities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Development of continuing paths for social involvement and influence<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Working with training, marketing, management, and content development teams<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Job requirements:<\/b><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Proven experience in community coordination\/alumni relations\/community development<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Deep commitment to values of equality, partnership, and intercultural respect<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Native level Hebrew + high proficiency in Arabic (or vice versa \u2013 at least one is required, proficiency in the other is a great advantage)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Excellent interpersonal communication<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Cultural sensitivity and socio-political understanding<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to lead independent processes integrated with teamwork<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Fluency with technological tools and social media<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Preference for Givat Haviva alumni<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Full time position | Begins immediately | Location: Givat Haviva (potential for partial hybrid position)<\/b><\/p>\n
