Alumni Community Coordinator

Wanted: Alumni Community Coordinator – Givat Haviva

We are looking for a candidate to lead the establishment of the Givat Haviva Alumni Community – for everyone who has come through our programs throughout the years: youth, young adults, education professionals, community leaders, and others.

What does the role include?

• Establishing and managing a data set of all of the alumni of out various programs

• Developing and managing channels of communication (newsletter, social media, groups)

• Intiating and leading conferences, meetings, and community activities

• Development of continuing paths for social involvement and influence

• Working with training, marketing, management, and content development teams

Job requirements:

• Proven experience in community coordination/alumni relations/community development

• Deep commitment to values of equality, partnership, and intercultural respect

• Native level Hebrew + high proficiency in Arabic (or vice versa – at least one is required, proficiency in the other is a great advantage)

• Excellent interpersonal communication

• Cultural sensitivity and socio-political understanding

• Ability to lead independent processes integrated with teamwork

• Fluency with technological tools and social media

• Preference for Givat Haviva alumni
